"Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection whilst during the day fresh coffee, tea, juice, biscuits etc available free help yourself, if not better than some other hotels we've stayed at albeit some work going on outside poolside area which didn't bother us. "Very quaint building with about 5 stairs total to the check-in—may be problematic for wheelchair travel. The lady from Ukraine (trying to remember her name) was extremely helpful in many ways, the best of which was her help in navigating the system to get our lost luggage located. The breakfast was the absolute best of our whole trip, with multitudinous selections, and served in the adjoining pub. Peaceful feeling to this hotel with an aura of old-world charm."

"Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "
