"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. "The buffet food was delicious, and offered locally-grown rice as part of the meals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. "

"臭い(トイレの配管洗浄が不十分なのでは)、高い(相場でも2万円では)、実際はラブホなので満足な説明を受けられない、と良いトコが余り有りません
I cannot say this hotel to be too good.
As a restroom has a bad-smelling caused the piping is not washed,
As it is a motel, I cannot receive enough explanation and high pricing.
