"We were early and they checked our luggage. Upon return at 2 our room was still not ready. I asked if we could wait somewhere. "Sure, sit anywhere. Try our restaurant." We found the only 2 chairs in the lobby which were also in sight line of the desk. I expected them to come tell us when the room was ready. No. I had to go ask at 3 and they acted put out. Staff was snooty. I picked the hotel for its history and decor, art deco, but was disappointed. "
