"Let me start off by saying this was a charming property with great amenities and a comfy bed. The area is cute and filled with historic and newly-refurbished tulli, the quaint gnome-like structures the region is famous for. This property is located on a series of truly narrow, winding and confusing streets - even for walkers. We arrived in a car and man, poor choice on our part. "Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise...

"Location meravigliosa, fuori dal centro, in mezzo al verde e molto tranquilla. Sistemazione familiare con doppia camera, spazi grandi e ben attrezzati, dalla cucina al bagno. Piscina fantastica, molto pulita e funzionale e con idromassaggio. La posizione è fantastica, strategica per visitare le principali localita turistiche dei dintorni (Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Matera....) Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Decisamente una struttura che consigliamo!!!"

"I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to...
