It was convenient and hassle free. I also came on the MARTA train direct from the airport. The MARTA Peachtree Station is located across the street. "The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it."

"The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. "Clean and small. Be mindful of the $30/day parking fee."

"On our first night stay, the Kleenex were wet in the box, the toilet paper roll fell off when trying to tear the tissue. Holder was broken. Reported these issues the next morning and was told they would take care of it while we were gone for the day. Came back to find out they not only didn’t fix anything , but they never serviced (cleaned) our room! They also don’t have room darkening curtains. Our room was lit up all night. And the under the bed lighting kept coming on without us moving at...

"The front desk staff was not helpful"

"Room was not clean looking. Stains on walls, leather on headboard torn, stains on pull out sofa bed. Was given a key to a room that was occupied and walked in on people. Had to go back to front desk for another room which was as described above. Parking garage is pretty sketchy, I was asked to reverse out into the street to let someone get out. I left and booked another hotel, it was a terrible experience for me, my wife and kids."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the guys working in valet parking. However the coffee ran out several times every morning and it was slow to be replenished. We didn’t have all of the soaps in our bathroom sink. And Saturday night music was being played with swear words in the bar/lobby area.
