"This hotel needs a major renovation. It's slow close to the arena but the rooms are very old dated."

"Check in time is 4pm. We arrived after 5pm, were told our room wasn’t ready. We also paid for our room in advance, so we were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. We were given an “upgraded” room with a queen size bed. Our television did not work the first night. We called the front desk & spike with them in person. We were told it was noted & maintenance would fix the issue. Maintenance never came."

"The property was immaculate and the staff were well mannered and extremely helpful, professional and well dressed. I'm extremely grateful that I chose to stay at The Hotel Phoenix. I appreciate the bell services and valet parking. I thought it was pricey at first but after I got settled and thought clearly about the trip. I realized that it was much safer to pay the price than risking parking in another area and risk a break-in and possibly having to file for insurance claims. I will be returning and looking forward to experiencing more exceptional experiences. Thank you staff for everything. 10 🌟's "

"Great place to stay-clean, friendly many amenities. Starbucks, three restaurants on site. Everything you need. Only negative was paying to park but there is a garage right next door that was $25 per day versus $67 at the hotel. "
