"客室に館内にと綺麗で清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、対応もたいへん良かったです。 温泉（大浴場）は室内室外と分かれておりゆったりと入れました。 食事はたいへん美味しく、またスタッフもてきぱきしており、おかわりや、飲み物のオーダーもスムーズでした。 また交通の便はバスがメインとなり、強羅駅からは距離を感じましたが、周辺にはポーラ美術館にガラスの森美術館があり、堪能出来ました。 是非また来たいと思った宿泊施設でした❗️"

"Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall."
