"Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care. "

The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. "I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Minerva. Carlo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room had a very comfortable bed, great shower and A/C. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the historic old town. It was perfect !! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel degli Haethey. It's in a quiet part of town, about 15 minutes' walk from the centre, near some nice beaches. The Atlantis beach club has a very good restaurant that's open in the evening. The air conditioning can't be adjusted, but they were happy to give us a fan. They also gave us extra pillows. A few areas to improve: The Do Not Disturb indicator, that should light up next to the door, didn't work. Two light bulbs were not working, and were not replaced despite several requests."
