The back of the property was so peaceful and relaxing sitting by the river, listening to the birds and the gurgling of the river as it moves along. The room was comfortable with a fridge and freezer for snacks/fruit etc. I'd like to see another chair in the room so that 2 people can sit by the window and experience the view although this wasn't a game changer."

Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Central location walkable to shops and grocery stores. While being on main road, it can be a bit noisy with traffic. The inn is decorated in what I call “ Unique Victorian” The food is outstanding! Breakfast is delicious and served promptly (with a smile). Important to note that the rooms are on a second and steep third floor which can be a challenge for your cardiovascular capacity if you are a Senior. Our room was a bit small with a very comfortable king bed with lovely bedding. We had dinner one night at Vic tavern..(same location as breakfast). it was very delicious and dessert was excellent. The owners, Heather (an incredible chef) and Jared put effort to making your stay enjoyable!"
