Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE! Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.

Lord Elgin Hotel
The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. When we pulled up to the hotel the Vallet parking gentleman was very very helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again should we stay in Ottawa.

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Had a fantastic 3 night stay in Ottawa. Perfect location for sites and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed over the holiday season and enjoyed all the Christmas decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not our first stay at a Fairmont hotel and definitely not our last.
