"This was our 3rd stay. The free breakfast was good. Staff and housekeeping were amazing! We had an unfortunate incident where my car window was smashed overnight. The staff at the hotel were so helpful. Providing a handheld vacuum, bags and cardboard to secure the window. We will be back! "

"They were doing renovation in the morning during one of our stay, no warning, no nothing. It is unacceptable and inconsiderate on our last day. Staff is friendly, but the room is a little older than most modern hotel. But my trip got ruined as I didn't get a good sleep on the last day."

"Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly. Check-in line was quite busy, but moved very quickly. The only available parking is the valet parking which was kind of expensive but as 2 women travelling alone, we thought it was worth it than trying to find public parking. Great location. A very easy walk to Ottawa University, as well as Bayward market. You can almost see the mall from the hotel.! I would recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel itself is fine. It’s clean, in good shape and has decent features. However, the area it is in is less than desirable. It is down the street from a homeless mission and across the street from a community center. Unfortunately, this area has become quite popular for drug use, and we personally witnessed people injecting drugs into their arms in front of the community centre on multiple occasions.
