The staff seem respectful and it was our pleasure to stay at Holiday Inn Ottawa east by IHG. The room was quite clean and neat. The breakfast bufet was also acceptable.

Clean room, staff was nice. If you plan on getting the complimentary breakfast here then go EARLY!! It’s a small room and the food runs out fast

Comfort Inn Ottawa East
Stayed in room 125 which had a particularly strong odour of smoke which was unpleasant but other than that staff was friendly and everything else was fine

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
The staff are very welcoming and the valet parking was an added perk. The history of the castle revealed throughout the hotel completes the ambiance.

The room was very spacious, the fact that it had a kitchen and a computer in the room made my stay very easy. I loved it

Hôtel Chateauneuf Gatineau—Ottawa
Room was 32 degrees when we got there. Had to change rooms. Only one clerk at the desk which made waiting tiome to check in very long. Paid for 2 queen size bed and got 2 double size bed.
