"Check-in staff weren’t welcoming upon arrival. Room was spacious but found 5 earwigs in the bathroom. When I told the checkout desk, they said the earwigs are to be expected when you have a ground floor room. I won’t be back. "

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Best Western in Pembroke. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptional everyone we dealt with at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We arrived late in the evening and were a little disappointed that our Rewards VIP bottle of wine wasn’t in the room. It also would have been nice to have vending machines that accepted debit or credit cards, or at least bottled water readily available after hours. That said, the front desk staff...
