"The location of this hotel is great and parking was plentiful on the premises, however, it needs to be hugely updated. The carpeting and couches are extremely dirty and the carpeting througout the corridors smells horrific. The staff was all very friendly and helpful."

"Great one-night stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very convenient for the airport. We appreciated the text right after check-in asking if we needed anything. The terminal bridge also made returning our rental car and getting to the airport very easy. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The sheets had hairs on them. Asked for a different room and was moved to another where again the sheets had a hair on it. The staff were friendly and accommodating but the lack of room cleanliness and the stench from the rooms ( like smoke or old carpet smell) was terrible. I suggest a serious renovation of all the rooms. Breakfast was ok and staff were very friendly."

"This is a wonderfully charming inn. We had a water view which made our stay more special. We could walk out our door, sit at a table and hang out by the water and watch the sunset. The parking was right outside our door and the hotel is conveniently located close to the main street with boutique shops and eateries. Our room was very clean and I would definitely stay here again."

"Lots of parking, staff was great & even gave us a room close to a door (smokers). The 24 hr coffee & tea was great to have although it was very very strong. The room was excellent, clean, roomy & quiet. I would return if ever in Kingston again"
