"The listing for the room was not accurate enough.
The staff were children who have *NO* customer service skills.
The constant noise from children was relentless.
The supposed kitchenette gave a fridge, sink, and microwave - no cutlery, no plates, no glasses to drink from, etc - nothing.
Food deliveries were blocked by the front desk, with less than zero communication.
for $18 more, i could have stayed in a proper hotel, not a college dorm designed for students bringing everything with...
