"Nice hotel, I like it"

"The hotel was fine but not having a great cooling system was a big negative . They did give us a fan which helped but for the nightly rate I expected air conditioning. Zurich is a very interesting place but very expensive."

The rooms were beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The bed was a hard 6 inch mattress with no topper on it. It had a mattress protector but nothing more than that. No give whatsoever for shoulders and hips. The sheets were cheap and scratchy and the pillows appeared to be fluffy, however, deflated to...

"Breakfast Staff"

"Bar is closed all weekend after breakfast. Shower is a wet room that floods the hotel room. Had to lay towels on the floor to stop the shower water leaking out."
