"There needs to be information in the rooms about amenities, locations, hours, etc. example: location of ice machine. Hours of hot tub. Hours of breakfast. Also, the Light show. Describe what it is. It wasn’t just a light show, it was movies as well. Additionally, after the show is over, turn off the lights. People want to enjoy the ocean and the sunset and not flashing lights in their view. "Clerk tried to rent me a double queen room when my reservation clearly stated 1 King bed. She reluctantly rented me a King room after I showed her my reservation."
