Beautifully restored Riad in the centre of the Medina. Great attention to detail in the decoration. Very attentive staff most helpful. Great breakfast. Would come back.

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude. Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely peace and tranquility wonderful hotel

Week trip for mother & teenage daughter: The owners & staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel was amazing. Such a contrast between hassle & bustle of city and peace & calm of hotel, both equally enjoyable. Meals, both in restaurant and room, were all scrumptious. Hamman and massage totally relaxing. Daily transport to & from hotel surprisingly easy. Classic room generous, comfortable and cool with large balcony. The generally feeling of the hotel and gardens was also spacious and...

Could not recommend highly enough, staff and rooms are brilliant. The owner is charming and so welcoming.

Beautiful property, quiet location, nice pool, excellent hosts always ready to help, amazing home cooked meals, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. You're surrounded by nature, pet-friendly hotel.

Amazing stay, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be returning

A lovely and charming hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Quick and easy to access from the airport and centre of town. Hotel manager and all the staff were outgoing, friendly and welcoming, they truly cared about our stay and comfort. Can't thank them enough. Once inside the hotel it is calm and quiet and the pool area and lovely and tranquil. Our Hammam and massage was excellent! Breakfast by the pool each day was plentiful and varied and always delicious. Definitely try...

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

The staff were extremely helpful and diligent. Our room was exceptionally large and beautifully decorated, and combined with the beautiful pool and garden area made it a blissful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The hotel is located about 25 mins from the old town( £12 taxi ride each way). I would highly recommend taking a map for La Medina as phones do not work well, and it's extremely easy to get lost without one. Marrakesh was a wonderful surprise. The people are rather...

Oasis in the medina. Beautiful serene Riad away from the wonderful madness of the medina. Really spacious room with super comfortable bed.

Beautiful, spotless and serene in the heart of Marrakesh

Very clean, excellent service; I recommend the breakfast, which is excellent. The room was large and very clean.

Stayed only one night but a great place to stay. Very convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Really delightful property.

Very clean in all areas. Rooms welcoming with kettle, tea & coffee and safe. Staff fantastic, they couldn’t have done more and nothing was too much. They helped us plan our itinerary and gave helpful advice on the local area. The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast consisted of a selection of local foods and special requests were met.

Honestly was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! When we arrived we was greeted by Abdelkarim, who showed us to our room, then offered traditional Moroccan tea on the roof terrace. He then spent 20/30 mins with us going over with us key places to go on our stay & any good tips to know about the city, from where to exchange money & how to get the bargains in the souks. The hotel was truly beautiful & one recommendation one would be to have the dinner there one night & watch the sunset...

This hotel, at a quieter end of Kasbah, is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Marrakech. The food was very good at all points during our stay - the breakfast, the snack menu which is ideal for lunch when relaxing by the pool, and the super evening menu. A special mention should be given to the chocolate brownie which is in fact a perfect chocolate fondant, delicious. The staff were very helpful, well informed and eager to ensure that our stay met the highest...
