"My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "Restaurant for breakfast was really good, tables not too close together. Rooms well looked after with extra items, little coffee machine and planty of choice of teas. Hotel is on the outskirts of Peterborough and we stayed there for easy access to Burghley house and Stamford Village which are 20 to 30 minute drive away.
