"I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was given a room on the third floor where she told me there was only 3 rooms filled. Then in the middle of the night several people stood outside my door talking very loudly and had a crying baby. Lastly, someone rang my room at 11pm and then someone opened my door at 0500L."

"I love this hotel and I love these people that run the hotel. They are truly family friendly down-to-earth. And can make anything right? The rooms of newly been remodeled, and they're quite a bit of regulars and long stay folk that reside here and make it feel very homey. I like the parking situation as it's safe and secure. They have security on-site and there's a little woodrows across the street, which makes it nice for going out for a drink. And you're really close to lock and terra utsa as well as almo ranch"

"First my room had problems and then electricity went out for awhile and ask if some credit would be given for inconvenience and the person in the reception was rude. "

"The worst room I’ve ever been to in my life. False advertisement ! Don’t go there you will be disappointed! Park is raggedy and rusty, room is gross and not a lot of space very small, refrigerator was broke, only 5 channels on tv, the person on top of us stomped all day and night. Breakfast was the bottom of the barrel made me sick to my stomach(gross). The game room was not how it’s pictured! Nothing matched the pictures. The kids were very disappointed about this room. We didn’t sleep comfortably at all! I would never book this room again!! Also hot tub was broke and pool wasn’t cleaned."
