"This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right out front, but had to pay about $30 in total for parking for one night stay over. Not familiar with the cities to know if that’s average for parking though. "

"Overall, the property was nice for the price that we paid. It is close to the target center, which was nice for the concert we were attending. The only negative thing was when we arrived at 4:15 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. That was a little frustrating as we had an event that we needed to get ready for. "

"Food was absolutely disgusting, had no seasoning . Have to pay to park across the street . Staff rude . Biggest problem is parking across the street at the indigo hotel and having to walk across the street. "

"Room was amazing, there was a small pile of black dust on sheets. Maybe from the ceiling. The entire building though was top notch, amenities included. Front desk worker was a little unwelcoming with his quiet tone and no greeting. "

"Gosh I can’t say enough good things about this property …stayed one night for the Cardi B concert excellent staff even gave us a corner room cause it was available and slightly bigger …it had a walk in closet too!!! Excellent location sky way to target center was top tier since weather was kinda gross …clean room clean property great breakfast ….we parked across the street but parking in the hawthorn garage is super convenient also !!!! I’ll def stay again …keep being great Hampton inn and suites "
