"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating experience and caused unnecessary stress. The property also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Because of the poor check-in experience and how the situation was handled, I will not stay here again."

"The gym was very clean and well equipped. The shops nearby were wonderful. I was a little frustrated that there was no minifridge or dresser in the room. Minifridge's are available to rent, per availability, and I was able to find a workaround for not having a dresser. The property and staff were lovely, and the hotel is situated close to the train and skyway, which I appreciated."

"It took them 3 tries to get our rooms right. They tried to upsell sell me on check-in. I already had a handicap accessible king room with a tub and another double queen landmark view room. They assigned us a room that had a shower. Then they reassigned rooms. However, the other room I reserved, the landmark view room. They put us on the 2nd floor of the hotel. No view. They later switched us to a better room. Check in was at 4pm. It was after 6 by the time we got our rooms. Kid's didnt have much time to get ready for the timberwolves game. "
