"It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some...

Upon arrival we were told about a community festival with good local food, arts & crafts and wonderful Hawaiian music with traditional hula dancers. We were disappointed about the restaurant being closed but found lots of local options and took advantage of the well stocked kitchenette in our room for breakfasts."

"Very disappointed in the description of the room as a partial ocean view. The only way you could see the ocean was if you were to go on the balcony and walk to the far right corner and almost lean over the railing. I was able to contact the front desk and share my disappointment, and they were helpful in letting me look at two other room that actually had a partial ocean view. We were disappointed that the hotel did not have any other restaurants on the property except Dukes...but there were...

"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "

"This place for our 20th wedding anniversary was such an incredible and wonderful experience for our family. The room was very nice and comfortable, with lots of unique features, like providing us with beach equipment to use. They were also so kind knowing it was a special vacation for me and my husband and gifted us a heartwarming letter with delicious chocolate. The entire resort was also very clean and neat, with a stunning view which made me take dozens of photos at a time. Overall, this...
