"I’ve stayed at many hotels in different countries and this one definitely set a new benchmark for me. The customer service was above and beyond, especially Lea who was incredibly helpful from before I even checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Pool and gym area were nice. Breakfast was actually amazing. Very nice hotel but the customer service here is what really shines. 10/10 would recommend and come back next time I am in the Philippines "

"Maayo is one of our favorite places to stay, the baggage service is fantastic no complaints good leadership in this department. This time however the breakfast staff were not paying attention kinda just walking around doing there thing but not really paying close attention to the guest, just an observation since my job before is a leadership role."
