"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. "First, what is in the name - imagine someone who raved hard in Ibiza in the 90s - and what they would look like now - that would be a pretty accurate description of facilities. Still hip, but worn by time. If a bit of shabbiness around the edges bothers you, look elsewhere. In all other respects - a great find. Stayed for a week-long ski vacation in a group of 30 people, had half-board included - excellent food, very friendly staff, easy 2 minute shuttle ride to the Diablo lift (or 10 minute walk). Big lounge area to hang out after dinner, and a big separate play area for kids and teens to entertain themselves."
