"This place was terrible. The pullout mattress wasn't fit for my dog. They say it sleeps four but the mattress was not only terrible they didn't provide an extra blanket. We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work. They didnt proved us a room number or door code to get in. Thank goodness for expedia, It took almost an hr to get my details so we could get in. It was supposed to be a full kitchen but...

"We were next to the laundry room. There was a loud sound coming through the bathroom all night, pipes over the shower, sounded like water was being poured in the tub no hot water, no shower. You could not pull the. Lever to start a shower the water was lukewarm couldn’t get any hotter. The staff was nice, but we had to change hotels and get our money back."

"This was a nice stay dispite the clerk was on a computer screen skyping our sign in and exit meanwhile 2 staff members sat behind counter and never talked to us at all. Makes it poor welcoming feeling. I just like more of a connection with hosts vs a screen. It is very sad."
