"Great hotel, customer service was solid, and the food at both of the attached restaurants was delicious. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal."

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. My initial room , I felt, had very poor ventilation. The ‘window’, with frosted glass, did not open and appeared to be connected to an inside corridor within the building. The bathroom extractor fan was either whisper quiet or did not function. As such, the room was very stuffy and stale smelling. I was very tired upon arrival and elected to seek help the following morning. Before retiring I saw that Expedia were asking for an opinion of my check in...

"We stayed for one night, the room was spotless, and we enjoyed our breakfast. We were also able to leave our cases at the property whilst organising our rental car"

"We got there at 1:30pm after the ferry and it wasn’t the warmest welcome. The staff didn’t even ask our names. We were told to come back for the agreed upon 3pm, with no acknowledgement of the room status or if they were working on it. It left a bad taste. The rest of the stay was fine, but truly we did not feel welcome."

"I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."

"The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. The only downside was the wifi wasn't working and the 4G was down also. This could have been due to the weather but it made communicating with the host difficult but thankfully we had everything we needed and it was only a two day stay."
