"Outdoor hot tub had concrete patches lifting off.Signage needs updating for pool hours and removal of social hour. Breakfast was hot and staff friendly and helpful. Liked that it was a property without animals."

"Room was ok. It was dated and the bed was not very comfortable. Had the morning breakfast, took a coffee with travel cup. After drinking the coffee found a entire layer of mold in the cup."

"When you walk in it smells really nice and clean but as soon as you walk down the hall, there’s a stench. The room smell like mold or maybe cigarettes it wasn’t a pleasant smell took me a while to fall asleep because of it."

"When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. She was very nice and understanding but she wasn’t able to make the change easily because we booked it through Expedia. After a phone call to figure it out, we finally got settled in another room."
