"Phone in the room didn't work. Then the heater did work, staff came up to turn heater on... still didnt work... there was gold fish crackers on the floor that wasnt cleaned up and the pool was to cold to swim in. Needless to say, non coming back....."

"I reserved a king bed, but they gave me double beds. They wouldn’t change this until the next morning. The curtains had a lot of mold on them. The shampoo and shower containers were completely empty. The room looked nothing like the one in the picture, as these rooms are still being renovated. It was a complete disappointment. I’ve stayed there many times in the past, but this property is not the same anymore. It’s no longer worth the price. The only positive was that the beds were very comfortable. "
