"The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city. I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times....

"Great little place. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the rooms are well-maintained with good air conditioning. It is a little bit of a walk from the main road, but the walk itself is pleasant, and directions on the path to the guesthouse make it easy for your first time finding it."
