"We were not told that the hotel would be a building site with no internal lounges, social space, bar or reception available . Only options were to exit the buildings and go through side maintenance access and stairs. Shocking we were not advised of this at the time of booking. Also the builders appeared to be working through to 8pm. The noise did not affect us but the fore court being used as a builders lot was pretty poor . Also packs of ( friendly well behaved ) builders hanging around and...

"Hotel was perfect for a pre flight stay although parking was a issue. There simply doesn't appear to be enough of it."

"Does what it says on the tin - we had a small double without windows so we could sleep the night before an early flight. The room is capsule but has all you need for a sleep. Check in and out all via app and room key on your phone. Good air con so nice and cool. And it is literally right by security for South Terminal - we woke up at 5am and were through security by 5.40am!"

"Has the potential to be a lovely relaxing stay, unfortunately wedding guests were not controlled and running riot in the hallways, adults and children. Staff member was very defensive at checkout when I gave feedback about a wedding guest crashing into me when I had my baby in pram, her response was they cannot stop people using the corridors. I agree but people were gathering and sleeping along the corridors, not a good look for a luxury hotel, and dangerous for other guests trying to pass...
