"We arrived late on that day and was assigned a room next to elevator. My kid has weak sleep and the front desk was able to switch us to another room that is far from the elevator the next day. Very appreciate the detailed service they provided. The location is very convenient. Will definitely come back sometime in spring to see the tulips. "
