"Centrally located to many restaurants, 2 parks, and a large mall. The staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The only criticism I would mention is that the towels provided seem really old and overused. Overall we had a good experience. "

"El hotel muy limpio, la recámara igual muy limpia confiable organizada, el personal amable aunque siempre hay alguien que supera los límites un joven ya un poco más maduro de ojos claros nos ayudo a instalarnos con el equipaje y el siguiente día nadie llego hacer el aseo del cuarto y pregunté en recepción el inmediatamente llego al cuarto a llevarnos, toallas, saco la basura y se portó muy amable y servicial con nosotros trabaja el turno de la tarde luego también cuando yo hice la reserva fue a una habitación con vista a la ciudad y me dieron una con balcón si pero no tenia ninguna vista solo unas paredes pregunte para cambiar habit"

"Awful Disappointing is the Theme of this review. I had stayed here MANY times in the past, it WAS like a home-away-from home, relaxed and homey atmosphere. The renovations have NOT improved that, in some ways it has removed that relaxed feeling. Lobby is now painted in a dark color that is overwhelmingly gloomy. I am NOT likely to stay here again. A very nice, large tv has been added to the rooms - BUT no sat or cable, so we had some (mostly news) local channels to chose from, You can log into your own subscription of cable channels if you like - who wants to go thru that hassle when you are tired and jut want to relax? Seems that the people who make decisions here never stay at their own hotel or are just not "travelers". They spent a lot of money in renovations, but they just did not get their money worth... :("
