On n’a pas utilisé les draps qui étaient sales avec pleins de tâches et de poils. Les toilettes publics sont plus propres que celle de la chambres. Heureusement que nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit.

I am extremely disappointed by the incorrect and inconsistent descriptions on Expedia. I have been using Expedia to book hotels and travel packages for nearly twenty years. It used to be very reliable, and I never questioned the accuracy of the posted information. However, the next morning, it stated that breakfast was included. To my surprise, upon check-in, I was informed that they had stopped offering breakfast a while ago. What's even more peculiar is that when I checked the website again, breakfast was no longer listed as an amenity. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot while making the reservation. Additionally, their road sign still indicated that breakfast was included. To make matters worse, they charged me an extra $80 as a guest fee. I also noticed that many other descriptions were inaccurate. Items such as a hairdryer and an ironing board were still listed but were not actually available in the room. After a long day of sightseeing, we returned to the hotel expecting our room to be cleaned, but it was not. All the towels were still on the floor. When I inquired with the staff, they told me I needed to call them every day to request room cleaning. Even when I called every morning, my room was only cleaned once during my stay. In the evenings, upon our return, the room was still not cleaned. I am profoundly disappointed with both the inn and Expedia. I trusted Expedia's information, but it appears they do not verify the details on their website!!!

The rooms definitely show some wear, but there's a little kitchenette in the room and the beds are pretty good. The staff was great. It was a very solid motel to stay at. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Owen Sound.

We booked this place very last moment for an impromptu trip to Tobermory. We were looking for one night stay and the place served that purpose at the budget we had. The lady at the check-in was very polite and helpful. I had requested for an hour late check out and she had no issues

TV programming was awful. No regular news channels. Shampoo/conditioner cheap and impossible to open the little packages with wet fingers in the shower. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lacking firmness. Too close to the street and quite noisy.

So, this property is an obvious low budget, construction worker hotel. First the good… Everything is mostly clean. We tried to sit on the chairs around the table and my wife noticed mold on both of the chairs. I know what you’re thinking. If that’s good, I’d hate to see the bad, bare with me. It’s good because the guy in the office,(I’m guessing the owner) had zero problem taking the 2 new chairs out of the lobby to replace them with. He seemed remorseful and changed them without hesitation. Decent service. Now for the bad… We walk into the place and immediately noticed a bad smell. Kind of like the way your grandmothers house smelled before good cleaners were invented and she hasn’t cleaned in a month. It was clean for the most part but because the wondows don’t open, it has taken on a smell. The hot water tap in the “kitchen” doesn’t work, the stove has no burners, there’s wall paper missing from the wall, as well as “party dents”. The door only has one lock, apparently someone broke off a key in the door handle so instead of changing the whole knob, he just took out the guts of the handle and now there is just a handle. The only lock is the deadbolt. I’m sure this place has been renovated, maybe once since it was built in the 60’s but not much has changed since. None of the furniture matches, and there wasn’t even a cup for 2 of us to have coffee with. No breakfast, as advertised either. There is more bad but Expedia won’t let me write anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE

On dit dans l'annonce de ce motel qu'il y a une kitchenette et c'est faux! Il n'y a qu'un mini frigo, un évier et un micro-ondes. Le poêle n'est pas fonctionnel, pas de vaisselle, pas de chaudrons, pas de toaster,bouilloire etc.

A spacious room with a good little fridge that needed defrosting. Stove elements were missing and the TV had no cable. Missing light cover for the rusty bathroom fixture and burnt out tube. Bathroom needs some attention.

The door lock had been broke in before and was not secure. There were drawers missing of furniture in room. Loud drunk people that were in parklot when we can Le and fighting when we left. There were squished bugs and hair and filth and mold in every nook. Duct tape on floors. It was awful we didn't touch a sheet and left as soon as possible. The worst.

No soap in the washroom. We had to ask for it. Very old furniture. Bed frame had wheels. When you sit on it, it moves away from wall. Very inconvenient. Didn’t get the vibe. We paid $349 for 2 nights. It was a rip off. Would be nice if we get at least half of our money back. I am sure if we had paid the same amount at any other place would have been much nicer and good experience. Will not recommend it to anybody and will never go there. Although the owner Mike is a good person

No secure check out process: we were told to drop the key in a key drop off box with a missing lid outside. The corner room we were in (number 8) felt undermaintained and had a strange old home smell. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder and broken door mouldings, there was a mold smell coming out of the air conditioning unit when in function, and there was one broken drawer. Also, the neighbouring guests were speeking loudly outside in the evening (passed 22h). Overlall appreciation: not worth what we paid for, we left as early as possible the next morining. Expedia should not promote this location on its platform until issues are resolved.

Very bad rooms, with housefly everywhere and they bite as well. Very smelly rooms, the minute i enter , i came out and went to some other hotels. Even the bed was dirty and those blankets eww.
