Great little hotel in Owen Sound. Highly recommend if visiting Georgian Bay: Bruce Peninsula. Complimentary breakfast options include bagels , yoghurt, fruit and cereals.

We had a nice stay, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast the next day was very good. Overall the place was clean and would book another stay in Owen Sound in this hotel.

The room was serviced only twice during our three-night stay, and the corridor A/C was a bit noisy. However, overall, we had an excellent stay. We would definitely book a room here again if we return to town.

Cute and clean motel. Appears new. My only complaint would be the cold breakfast. I enjoy having a hot breakfast but it’s certainly not a deal breaker. Very comfortable beds. Nice staff.

Everything is quite good overall, but the breakfast is very monotonous, and the stairwell going from the second to the third floor smells terrible.

The room was updated and clean. All amenities accounted for. The only advice is that my tea i made in the lobby tasted of coffee. Pls dont get the water for tea from the coffee maker. Get fresh water

I would say very typical hotel experience there was nothing wrong with the rooms that just the check-in experience was one of the worst. I’ve been a part of Due to a new system and staff not knowing how to use their own system

There was a false fire alarm at 4:30 am forcing us to leave the hotel and wait outside for an hour while the fire department inspected the property. When we checked out there was no mention of the fire alarm by the staff and no kind of refund was offered for this massive inconvenience.

The rooms were very clean and they maintain the Hilton quality without compromise. Special mention to the Front Desk staff. We checked in late at 9pm. We requested for the pool access after that. The staffs were courteous enough to let us enter the pool and they had it open until 11pm. Only downside was the cold breakfast but we were up for it as we knew that already. If they plan to have a hot English breakfast , I will give a 10/10 for the property. Now it’s 9.5/10

It took almost 15-20 minutes to check in. The front desk attendant couldn’t get a hold of the operating night manager. Apparently something was off with the booking systems. He apologized thrice…. We let it go… Then the fire alarm went off around 4-5am (cannot recall the actual time as we were asleep, then packed and ran). The alarm went offffffff for MORE than an hour!!!! Had to flee to our vehicle. It was awful. We all had to leave our rooms and head outside- in our sleep clothes and all. There was no apology, no reason, nothinggggg actually. Not even a mention of reimbursement. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. One should expect better hospitality from a hotel of this brand. Completely unacceptable in my opinion…. Do better HILTON for out of town guests. Owen Sound deserves better and so do their guests….
