General wear and tear in the hotel public areas. Some areas more evident than others. Same with the King executive room, nicks, dents, paint chips, wear on furniture. Great value for the money for budget minded stays.

We checked into the room in a hurry, because we were running late for a wedding. When we came back that night, we noticed the garbage and recycling wasn’t changed, there was a dead fly and dirt in the corner of the bathroom, the jets in the bathtub and the bathtub itself was dirty, the drawers in the vanity were rotten And the floors were not washed, socks got pretty dirty.. In the stair well there was spiders and spiderwebs. No one asked how our stay was upon check out.

The common areas were poorly maintained, dirty carpets, and smelly. The room was dirty, and seemed to be not properly cleaned. The bathroom had stained walls and ceiling. It smelled of old cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The pictures online were very decieving. There was exposed wire on the floor from the AC unit. Luckily we only had to sleep there and then get out ASAP in the morning.

The texts sent had a different guest name attached to them. I responded. No answer. I called. No answer. I hope my info was not shared with anyone? The bed was hatd and squeaky. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine so every time it cycled on it woke us up. The shower head did not work. Just had water leaking out the edges. Very disappointed.

The property is old and some of the renovation work is poor quality. The room was dirty as were the hallways. Room was never cleaned and we were told we need to ask to have it cleaned before 9:00 am. I have never stayed in a hotel even budget ones where the room was not cleaned daily. The cleaning consisted of making the bed and changing towels. The un carpeted floors were not vacuumed and no other cleaning performed. Plus the breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs and strange sausage and bacon. Packaged home fries and none of it hot.

Did not like that there was a broken outlet Cover on the air conditioner not very safe! Also shower mixing tap not working very well Also toilet was not flushing properly Breaker panel in hallway on second floor Had no cover on it.coustamer service Was good..very helpful from older lady on Front desk with directions of things we where Interested in seeing .

Second stay here in about a month. Clean and comfortable facility. Parking for motorcycles at the front entrance. Conveniently located on HWY 21. Walking distance to groceries, Tim's, Boston Pizza, gas station round the corner. Decent breakfast though when I came down for breakfast bread had not been replenished. Washbasin drain was clogged and drains very slowly. Same issue in my previous booking.

Comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and good pillows. We didn't know the room would come with a kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise. Nicely designed kitchen although the light under microwave didn't work so it was a bit dark. We did report it upon leaving so it is probably fixed now. Hotel is close to shopping and some restaurants and a short drive to beach and other restaurants.

It to me was a quite dated facility. Needs updating Could hear all footsteps from floor above. No soundproofing Doors have a sizeable space all around so you hear everything in hallways. On the good end nice to have microwave and fridge in room

Would definitely not recommend this property and would never return. We arrived to find the bathroom pretty dirty (an earring on the floor, multiple black hairs on the toilet lid and bowl and in the shower). Pillow case also stained. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again, and it was, but there was still a long black hair left in the bathroom. The air conditioner and fridge were also very loud and old (air con falling apart). Mattress was also fairly old and saggy. What was really awful is there was no sound proofing or insulation whatsoever, so we could hear every footstep from the room above us, and the people in the room above ours were up really late being loud, and then at 7:45 in the morning started stomping around making it impossible to sleep, honestly sounded like a herd of elephants was walking above our heads.
