"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control."

"The hotel is amazing!! Very beautiful and clean. We had an issue with not getting the room at 4pm as promised so we unfortunately had to wait longer. Also had an issue with the ac unit leaking water but maintenance fixed it up quickly. Overall I will say it’s a great place to stay at."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having reliable hot water after long days out. Breakfast each morning was fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day.
