Staff was wonderful! Super helpful and very nice. Also the first morning their oven was down so there was no hot food except for oatmeal and pancakes. They offered and gave us extra IHG points and had it fixed the next morning as we had a college softball team coming in. Also the general manager was awesome! Great stay! Thank you!

The GM is very rude said something about my service animal the second time i stayed here with him then said something about me being on a video call with my mother when they came outside and asked me to come in and thwn they had enough nerve to say i was leaving my kids alone in the room when there was me and my husband staying there and if we smoked it was one at a time where there was always someone with them and said im not getting my deposit back

I really enjoyed my stay at the Henderson Kentucky Holiday Inn. The staff was pleasant very helpful. Totally nice. We arrived in Kentucky a little earlier than check-in time and we just wanted to stop by and just pay for the room because we had an event to be at and didn’t wanna have to leave the event to come and check in the front desk clerk went above and beyond and not only went to go and check to see if the room was clean And we were able to check in and not just pay for it but totally check in and she checked the thing before checking the time so kudos to your staff this happened on Saturday, October 11. Wonderful lady unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was wonderful.

Pool not accessible after 9

We arrived and met Jamie at the front desk, who was awesome. We arrived early and she allowed us to checkin a lil early. The pool sign said open until 10pm, but at 9:10pm, we tried to enter and couldn’t! Inquired at front desk & was told by the young lady, the pool closes at 9! Even when we told her sign says 10! She refused to let us inside the pool room. Also, lots of stranglers outside in lot after 9pm and lots of noise by elevators and the room door next to us stayed open by the guest for half the night, even after we asked her to ask him to close his door!
