"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue.
After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"Parking was easy, there is plenty of room and ample spaces. Staff was friendly and professional. Room temperature was adjustable and comfortable. The room was not well cleaned. The comforter had stains. There were bugs on the floor near the base of the bed. There were coffee stains on the floor. There was a used shower face towel hanging in the shower. The toilet bowl and bottom of seat was dirty. There was an opened and used bar soap at the sink. My wife was not happy and I think I could have...

"We stopped at the Baymont for an overnight stay while traveling, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating.
The evening staff who checked us in made us feel welcome, and the breakfast staff the next morning truly made our day. Evonne was especially cheerful, helpful, and attentive, making breakfast a wonderful start to our morning.
It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in both their work...
