"For what we paid ($85) the room was fine..A little bit outdated but very clean and well maintained...the indoor hot tub was nice.. Bottom line...would we stay here again? We found no reason not to..so yes, we would."

"We stayed at this hotel as a family with young children under the age of 11 while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells to enjoy ourselves left go karts 9pm while we were gone I think our TV was on NBA thought the TV automatic shuts off but it wasn't our felt we were gone having fun. During the evening around 10:30pm, we received a complaint about noise from our room related to the TV. We immediately lowered the volume when staff came to our door. During the interaction, we were told comments such as “you’re not at home,” which felt dismissive considering we were already cooperating and adjusting the situation. We were not given a clear final warning or specific instructions regarding volume limits or what exactly needed to be corrected. Despite lowering the TV and complying, l called because the person kicked the wall and my family was sleeping the situation escalated quickly and police were called to the room. We were then required to leave the property late at night/early morning with our children. When I asked the front desk why we were being removed, I was told it was due to the TV LISTEN IF YOU EVER VISIT YOU KNOW The walls are thin and YOU CAN HEAR guests can hear each other. We understand hotels have noise policies, but there are no signs it's Saturday night we go to the dells to have fun especially when your off of work we feel this situation was handled very abruptly and without a reasonable opportunity to fully resolve the issue."

"Went to the Dells for a short vacation and loved this location. Walking distance to downtown and all the activities that we wanted to do, and far enough of a walk where after a night of drinking, gave a relaxing walk to the room."
