It’s close to all the essential shops and restaurants, which makes everything easy. "Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process."

"Ur own Spa on balcony massive plus excellent spot close 2 everything Management and reception were amazing only things I could fault is the flooding of bathroom from shower recess and the knock on the head from the headboard falling on us in our sleep but apart from that our staying was perfect...also very close 2 nightclub for goin out"

"Parking beach view sz of the room was great"

"We booked and paid higher for an ocean-view apartment, but the view did not match the description. From the balcony door there was no ocean view, the only visible ocean was a small glimpse between buildings. Advertising this as an ocean-view apartment is misleading. We raised the issue during our stay that the accommodation did not match what was advertised. However, the manager still insisted that the room has been sold and advertised as ocean view."

"Everything was quite adequate. The unit was very spacious. I struggled with the entry and exit of the parking garage (I'm not very tall and had problems trying to insert the unusual shaped key into the lock from inside the car) Also maybe an automatic door opening to exit the garage would be much better."
