By the time I called, the office was closed but on pursuing further the staff was able to quickly help me get our stuff back. They were prompt and respectful. "Sinks were clogged or slow to drain. Did not like that pool bar was closed due to private event for the price we paid and then you have to pay for parking also per day. The room was clean and new with easy access to the pool area. For the price it should include parking plus continental breakfast."
