"Staff rarely could answer questions sufficiently, for example re: regarding bus service, and specifically about laundry service or options. No front desk staff late or early, especially for pre-10am check out."

"We had a flooded shower room. Felt bad about the couple below us, it was dripping water down to their room. However the staff was helpful to come quickly to fix the issue."

"While the rooms are on the small side, the location and setting makes up for it. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. "There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."
