"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Bâtiment très bien entretenu, bonnes infrastructures (piscine, jacuzzis, hammams, saunas), personnel agréable. Le petit reproche pouvant être fait est que les chambres sont équipées de lits une personne serrés côte a côte et des matelas un peu mous (attention il ne s'agit peut être que de notre chambre). A part celà, il n'y a pas grand chose a dire"

Manque de communication de la part de la réception en ce qui concerne les équipements de l appartement, sur les horaires de départ qui changent au dernier moment. Mauvaise organisation en ce qui concerne les places de parking. Les horaires d ouverture de la piscine ne sont pas assez grand. Sejour quand même très agréables"
