"Very good experience. Staff were amazing and beautiful property/ location. I found my room to be a bit loud being on the end on 1st floor and had issues with my taxi that was called to MXP namely trying to get aggressively up charged upon arriving to the airport. I would suggest maybe for tourists who are less global travelers the lobby staff should be aware my taxi driver tried to charge me 180 euro due to ā€˜traffic and roadworkā€™. Ultimately on me for not ubering. Both out of the hotels immediate purview. Would definitely stay again :) ciao"
