"Always a great stay at the Inn at the Quay!"

"The stay was great! Clean room and has all you could need for a quick stay. I would like to suggest a few things to make it an even better stay! A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"The first room had a lot of hair on the bed. The second room also had hair. You had to lay the bed yourself with the sheets they gave you. The next day you put up the cleaning sign. The staff only arranged the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not change the towels used. They did not replenish the courtesy articles (soap and shampoo)."

"Rooms were $800+ I managed to get a room for $400. By the time I arrived 9:45pm, everything was closed or closing at 10pm. Apparently the hotel was transitioning to a new ownership. I wish I was notified. A desk guy said that there were "signs in the elevators". I was just at the property a week ago and no word of this "transition"... I needed food after travelling all day, and there are no microwaves in the Executive Suites. I used hot tap water to add to an insta noodle cup...

"Great location; impeccable view. It's a new establishment. Somethings might not be as you expect, but the staff make up for it greatly and provide whatever you need. If you plan to watch tv, just be aware that their tv service provider has issues and the tv freezes every 5 min for about 30 seconds. I missed critical parts of World Cup futball matched :( I assume the management is working on fixing this in near future."

"Check in was easy. The front door and the room had a key code so there was no need for keys or key cards. There is a little shoe storage area when you walk in for your shoes. The property left us snacks and water for our room when we checked in, and even offered additional bottles of water the next day. There is a nice bathroom and a decent sized closet in the room we were in, with a large window and a balcony. These may not be available with the other rooms at the property I'm not sure, I...

"It is very hard to find the lobby. You must park in a dark parking lot behind the building and walk down the street to get to the lobby to check in. The night staff was rude and unhelpful. If you have a 6:00am flight, don't count on the hotel shuttle, it doesn't start running until 4:00 am. You must pay to park at the hotel. The parking spots are extremely small and it is tight to move around. The overflow parking is a dark lot under the overpass across the street from the hotel."

"This property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Just keep in mind, it is about 45-60 minutes away from downtown Vancouver depending on traffic."
