"My room's exterior wall was full length glass and had to run electric heater full on to warm up the room which is a fair size. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. "The bed was amazing at this property. The mattress was firm. The pillows soft and comfortable. The view from Room A was unexpectedly good overlooking the Fraser River Valley. The parking is difficult, very crowded. I prefer coffee available in the room, but the downstairs kitchen had good access to coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. We explored Steveston Fisherman's Wharf on the Fraser River and Granville Island downtown Vancouver. This was a good central location. "

"The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! "Rooms are clean, beds have a zippered encasement on the mattress. Free breakfast at the restaurant is standard best western continental breakfast food. Location is near bus and skytrain. Building is oddly set up. The bedroom door of each room leads directly to the outside, the bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom. I was given an adjoining room even though I was the only guest in my party. The soundproofing for the room, likely because it was an adjoining one was not good."
