"The staff were helpful when my key card stopped worked randomly and when the virtual check out wasn’t confirmed. The room was fine, basic. Found some garbage between the wardrobe & TV stand thing. The thermostat was not working correctly so the heater was on when it shouldn’t have been. The hot and cold water for the shower were backwards. Definitely bring ear plugs to sleep. You can hear everything in the next room. Also, some people were hanging out in the parking garage playing music and skating until at least 11:30 PM and the noise echoed pretty loud. Noticed there was trash on the steps leading out from the stairwell everyday. Very dingy vibe. Hopefully things improve when construction finishes. "

"We had to switch or first room , it was not swept at all ! There was dog hair everywhere. But staff was very nice to switch us rooms. I think breakfast needs waffle makers like at lot of hotels have . But I have zero complaints about staff they were all very nice . Hotel needs a few cosmetic upgrades tho "

"Room was clean and sufficient for the stay. Some minor inconveniences like a drippy tub faucet and slow draining sink, but the stay was enjoyable and priced well compared to other options in the area. "

"Hot tub was nice and the sauna. The room was huge. The beds where hard but the pillows where soft. The bunk beds where flimsy and wabbly, more for a child not teens. We had to pull the mattress’ on the floor. The couch bed was stained and there was not any sheets or blankets for the couch but the office provided them when asked. The staff was friendly and we could bring our pets:). It was close to the 😎 beach but away from the strip. The breakfast was really good.cant beat it for the price. Overall I would return. "

"It was pet friendly. Pet fee is to high!! the breakfast is not continental witch they do tell you upon check in if you book through a 3rd party. My biggest complaint is there is NO direct beach access witch is says you do on Expedia. You will need to hike/long walk or dive. "

"I absolutely loved this property!! It is beautiful and clean as you pull in. Checking in was so easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Parking is very well organized and easy to follow, I loved it! We booked two rooms the single queen was small but everything was sooo nice and clean. We also booked room 11 which was upstairs a king and a queen bed and a couch! The room was beautiful the windows were wonderful and had blackout curtains as an option which I have never seen in a hotel. I will for sure 100% be booking with these cottages again!! "
