Sunset Inn
Check-in was a nightmare! The place is very funky, not dirty, but not as expected. The room is small but nice parking is bad. We left for dinner and there was no where to park, so we parked in front of the ending machine. It’s such a small area, there should be assigned parking for each room!

Bide-A-Wee Inn
Great location, clean room (since they accept pets, worried about allergies, but they cleaned and aired out the room ahead of time). Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors breath, but everything else was perfect.

Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
Portola is great! We stay there whenever we go to Monterey, the hotel is great, the employees couldn't be more helpful, the location is the best in walking distance to so many things which i really love. Don't hesitate on booking this place.
