Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed."

"Property is well located as a base for exploring the southern half of Vancouver Island, and is perfectly located on the regular (every 12 mins I think) 95 bus route which takes you into the heart of Victoria without the hassle of trying to find car parking. There are several options for eating which were easily walkable from the apartment, and our apartment was spacious with large washing machine and dryer. "Room was clean but for the almost $400/night it was definitely underwhelming, VERY old and the amenities in the rooms were not worth $400. We arrived to almost deafening music from the lounge/bar, so loud you could barely hear the clerk!!! This continued until late into the evening so be aware if you’re looking for peace and quiet or on a business trip and need to work in the morning. Best and only thing that can be said is the room was clean."
