"I have been a fan of best western hotel brand for a long time and was severely disappointed. Only one elevator worked the entirety of my stay it was a 10-15 min wait to get the elevator. This is an old building and has not been maintained well, it had the appearance and feel of a motel 6. The cleaning staff are the friendliest people in the hotel. The registration staff acted like we bugged them when we checked in or out. I will not stay here again."
